Regular shipping to a residence or business will normally be sent, from Freedom Bag, via FedEx or UPS Home Delivery or FedEx or UPS Ground, the next business day following your order. You should be able to track your order on-line or by calling FedEx Customer Service.
You may also request expedited shipping, through FedEx Express Delivery, as described on the freedombag.com order page.
Orders to a P.O.Box: If we must ship your order to a P.O.Box, we will ship via the US Postal Service. Unfortunately, we are not able to track orders sent through the Post Office.
Returns: If you must return a Freedom Product, please send it to:
